Ravioli Pasta Dough

<li>4 large eggs</li>
<li>4 Tablespoons water</li>
<li>1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for preparing</li>
<li>1 3/4 cups semolina flour</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon salt</li>
</ul>
 
 
Filling 
 
 
<ul>
<li>1 cup of frozen spinach, defrosted, drained and chopped</li>
<li>3 cups ricotta cheese</li>
<li>1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated</li>
<li>salt & pepper</li>
</ul>
 
 
Baked or Fried Ravioli (this makes enough for about 18 to 20 raviolis for an appetizer) 
 
 
<ul>
<li>2 large eggs, beaten</li>
<li>1 cup panko breadcrumbs</li>
<li>1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated</li>
<li>2 Tablespoons chopped Italian parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)</li>
<li>salt & pepper</li>

<li>1/2 to 1 Tablespoon butter</li>
