- 1 Giant Donut Baking Mould
- 390g Plain Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 235ml Milk
- 1 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 225g Unsalted Butter or Margarine
- 390g Caster Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Jar Strawberry / Raspberry Jam
- 200g Icing Sugar
- Few Drops Red Food Colouring
- Sprinkles for decorating
