INGREDIENTS



  • 1 pound small red potatoes or new potatoes, washed
  • 1/2 pound yellow wax beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped Italian parsley
  • 3 shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste, softened at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
